Safety

It is the responsibility of each and every Client to approach activities such as the content described with extreme caution.

Horse Riding can be very dangerous and Clients should ensure that both they and their horse are suitably fit, equipped, competent and ideally insured to a minimum 3rd party liability before embarking on any route.

Clients should have also make efforts to utilise appropriate safety equipment: such as protective hat and high visibility clothing as well as carry the appropriate Ordnance Survey map for the area

Clients are advised to check the accuracy of information is checked before using it.

Bridleways, Open Access rides  and Toll Rides are public places, consequently clients must be respectful of other users and travel at the appropriate speeds and conditions, in particular following the rules of the current Country code and Highway code.

The Country Land & Business Association Limited has no responsibility, accountability or ownership of any Public Rights of Way, Open Access ride or Toll Ride irrespective of suitability as part of a publicised circuit.

the Country Land & Business Association Limited accepts no liability for any death, injury, damage, losses or expenses howsoever caused by errors, inaccuracies or omissions contained within the site or printed out via a Routecard.

Security

Do not reveal personal information on the site. You may include your own personal email details in a posting, but remember you are making it public and you may receive emails that you do not want to receive, like adverts or offensive material.

It is illegal and unacceptable to publicise anyone’s elses contact details other your own. However you may provide details of organisations if it is in context with the route, but it should only include publicly available information.

Construction
